Product Description

Electron tube filled with low-pressure helium gas, and containing a thermionic cathode, control grid, and anode. This tube is for quantitative investigations of the typical properties of a gas-immersed triode, recording the current-potential (I_A-U_A) characteristics of a thyratron, and observing discharges and discontinuous energy release of helium atoms during inelastic collisions with free electrons.
