Category Fees

Medshop charges a fee for each item sold. Regardless of the category, it is a fixed fee of 10%.

The cost of shipping orders depends on whether you fulfill your own orders or use Fulfillment by Medshop (FBM).

Other costs

Vendors may incur additional cost services (such as advertising) and fees for optional programs (such as long-term storage fees)

Category Fees

Fees are the same for all categories as listed below. Regardless of the amount of items sold, sellers pay Medshop a percentage of the total price - including the item price, shipping cost and any packaging fees. (e.g. gift, palette)

Some products in certain categories may require approval before being listed. You don't pay for adding a category that doesn't exist. If you do not see the category or subcategory in which you want to sell, contact us and our employees will help create it for you.

ONE fee for all categories!

We decided to cut all the ordeal of different payments 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 -45%, different percentages will never be charged again. Minimum referral fees for products like 0.10 , 0.20 , 0.30, 0.50$ or 1 - 2 USD fees will never be charged to you again. We replaced it with one fee for all categories, regardless of the number of products and sales volume. No need to calculate rates, We always charge only one fixed fee, regardless of adding product category, number of products, price per item, all products are subject to 10% commission. Medshop has the lowest fees on the market!!

Fulfillment fees depend on whether you plan to ship products yourself, or through Medshop, or use Fulfillment by Medshop (FBM) to handle logistics and offer the best shipping for your products.

When you fulfill orders yourself, Medshop charges shipping fees based on the product category and shipping service selected by the customer, and then transfers the amount in the form of shipping credit (together with the amount paid for the product by the customer)

Venrods/Sellers with whatever subscription plan you choose (One, Pro, Essential, Premium) set their own shipping rates. When a customer buys your product, you will receive a credit from Medshop that corresponds to the shipping rate. Please note that the referral fee is calculated based on the total sale price, including the price of the item, shipping costs and any packaging fees.

Vendors/Sellers, regardless of the chosen subscription plan, can choose the Medshop shipping plan. They then use the shipping rates set by Medshop for all products. Sellers must ship orders at fixed rates, even if the shipping credit is less than the total cost of shipping, so it's important to price items in a way that will make a profit.

Shipping credits for books.,

When you fulfill orders yourself, Medshop charges shipping rates based on the product category and shipping service selected by the customer, and then passes the amount on to you in the form of a shipping credit.

Inventory fees

If you store inventory in an Medshop fulfillment center—available to sellers who use FBM or Multi-Channel Fulfillment—in addition to monthly inventory storage fees, you may incur other fees, such long-term storage fees and removal order fees.

Rental book & simulators service fees

► If you offer textbook rentals, expect to pay a rental book service fee of 10% for each rental.

High-volume listing fees

When you have a high volume of active, non-media listings that have not sold in 12 months, we charge a monthly fee of $0.005 per eligible listing to cover cataloging costs. We waive this fee for the first year show listings products.

Refund administration fee

If you refund a customer for an order for which you have already received payment, Medshop will refund you the amount of the referral fee you paid for the item(s), minus the applicable refund administration fee, which is the lesser of $5.00 or 20% of the applicable referral fee.

For example, if you refund a customer the $15.00 total sales price of an item in a category with a 10% referral fee, your refund administration fee will be $0.30 ($15.00 x 10% referral fee = $1.50)..

Optional programs

Advertising

Create a need, attract customers, sell your product. Although the portal itself already categorizes customers and reaches the appropriate recipients, Medshop Advertising uses several 2 advertising models: external (outside medshop) and internal (in medshop), pricing models based on cost-per-click auctions, which means that you set the maximum amount you're willing to pay when a buyer clicks on your ad. The 'ad pack' is purchased by purchasing a pack or a subscription.

Inventory placement service

By default, when you ship inventory to a Medshop Fulfillment Center, you may have to ship your inventory in multiple shipments, each routed to a different pickup center or fulfillment center, depending on the products you are shipping and where you ship. By spreading your inventory across multiple fulfillment centers across the country, customers who purchase your product can receive it faster than if your inventory was located in a different location, further away.

The Inventory Placement Service allows you to send all eligible inventory to a single collection center or fulfillment center. When the shipment arrives, we will divide your inventory and send it to different fulfillment centers. Service charge per unit applies.
